A: Absolutely. Velvet Touch layers beautifully under concealer and foundation and is gentle enough for the eye area. Its smoothing, blurring texture is ideal for mature skin, especially where fine lines or dryness are a concern.

Irritating UV filters are often required to create broad-spectrum protection, and many of them are not ideal for sensitive or acne-prone skin.
SPF primers often rely on chemical sunscreens, which can cause breakouts or eye irritation.
Flexibility is limited — SPF needs to be applied in a full, even layer and reapplied throughout the day to be effective. Most people don’t apply primers in those quantities, which means you're left under-protected.
