Shipping Policy

We carefully calculate shipping costs based on your order’s weight, size, and destination to ensure fairness and accuracy for every customer.

How We Ship

We use real-time rates from USPS and UPS through our shipping partner Shippo. This ensures you're charged only what it costs to ship your specific order, plus a small handling fee to cover eco-friendly packaging materials and order prep.

  • Skincare & Single Item Orders (Lightweight)

    • Most skincare-only orders ship for around $6–9 via USPS Ground Advantage.

    • These are typically small and light, and we package them carefully to keep shipping costs low.

  • Produce, Multiple Candles & Gift Sets (Heavier Items)

    • Candles and farm bundles are heavier and require extra padding and larger boxes.

    • Shipping rates will adjust accordingly at checkout based on your zip code and order weight.

  • Local Pickup

    • We offer free local pickup in Fallbrook, CA! Just choose "Local Delivery" at checkout and follow instructions.

  • Why Don’t We Offer Flat Rate Shipping?

    • Flat rates often overcharge or undercharge. Instead, we want you to pay only what it truly costs to ship your order — nothing inflated, nothing hidden.

    • If you're ordering just a jar of cream or a small bottle of serum, your rate will reflect that. If you're sending a curated box of candles and farm goods across the country, your shipping will be priced accordingly.

Processing Time

Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $100.

You will receive tracking information when your order has been processed. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update. Please reach out directly to the carrier if you are having an issue with your tracking or delivery information.

Domestic Transit Time

Transit time does not include processing time (see above).

  • Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days*

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days*

*Please allow extra time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO destinations, and other U.S. territories.

Refunds & Exchanges

We take great care and attention in the creation of our products for our customers. We want you to have an incredible experience and enjoy your purchase.

Online Orders

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our produce and our products (fresh, personal product, plants, or used products) cannot be returned or refunded unless there was damage during shipment of an online order.  We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us via email at hello@rootedinlovefarm.com within 7 days of delivery.
