Weight-Based Shipping
We love accuracy — but our website platform doesn’t support fully live carrier pricing with dimensional weight. So, we use weight-based shipping rates to give you the most accurate, transparent pricing possible — making sure we don’t overcharge you. This tiered system is based on true carrier averages and our actual fulfillment experience. This keeps things fair and predictable for you.
How It Works
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Whether you’re ordering a single skincare product or a large candle and produce bundle, the shipping rate adjusts to reflect the weight category.
🧴 Skincare & Lightweight Orders
Most skincare orders ship at our lowest tier (0–3 lbs). These items are light, and we pack them carefully using eco-conscious materials. Expect shipping to cost $6.95 for smaller orders of 1–3 products.
🕯️ Candles & Gift Sets
Candles are heavier and require extra padding and sturdy boxes. Your shipping rate will fall into the appropriate tier based on your full cart weight. Two candles or a candle + skincare combo usually falls in the 3–6 lb range ($9.95).
🥑 Produce Orders
Fresh produce is sold in 5 lb and 10 lb bundles and packed securely to avoid damage. These typically fall into the:
5 lb bundle → $9.95 tier
10 lb bundle → $12.95–$16.95 tier depending on packaging
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup in Fallbrook, CA. Choose “Store Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll reach out to schedule your pickup time.
Processing Time
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.
Domestic Shipping

You will receive tracking information when your order has been processed. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update. Please reach out directly to the carrier if you are having an issue with your tracking or delivery information.
Domestic Transit Time
Transit time does not include processing time (see above).

*Please allow extra time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO destinations, and other U.S. territories.

Refunds & Exchanges
We take great care and detailed attention in the creation of our products for our customers. We want you to have an incredible experience and enjoy your purchase.
Online Orders
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our produce and our products (fresh, personal product, plants, or used products) cannot be returned or refunded unless there was damage during shipment of an online order. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us via email at hello@rootedinlovefarm.com within 7 days of delivery.
