Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with Rooted in Love Farm. These terms govern your participation in our wholesale program. By enrolling and placing wholesale orders, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

Wholesale pricing and portal access are limited to approved retailers and resellers. We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale accounts at our discretion.

2. Minimum Orders

We may set minimum order quantities or values for wholesale pricing eligibility. These will be outlined in the Wholesale Portal or communicated upon approval.

3. Pricing & Resale

• Wholesale pricing is confidential and not to be shared with the public.

• Retailers may set their own resale prices, though we recommend our MSRP ranges for consistency across locations.

• Items may not be resold on third-party online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Etsy) without written permission.

4. Payment

All wholesale orders must be paid in full at time of purchase unless prior terms have been arranged.

5. Shipping

Wholesale orders are packed and shipped with care. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, location, and method. You will receive tracking info once your order ships.

6. Returns & Damages

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders except in cases of damage or defect. Please inspect shipments upon arrival and notify us of any issues within 3 days.

7. Brand Integrity

Retailers agree to represent Rooted in Love Farm products accurately and respectfully. Product packaging, labeling, and ingredients may not be altered.

8. Termination

Rooted in Love Farm reserves the right to revoke wholesale access at any time due to misuse, breach of terms, or at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All product designs, formulations, images, and brand content remain the intellectual property of Rooted in Love Farm and may not be copied or reproduced.

10. Agreement

By signing up and ordering as a wholesale partner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
